[Rock-dev] select branch for buildconf

Hi,

I try to select custom branches for our buildconf that don't get 
overridden by autoproj update.
If I select the branch for the buildconf with git checkout the next call 
to autoproj update resets it to our rock flavor.
Maybe I could use init.rb or overrides.rb to do it, but unfortunately I 
don't know how..

I would be glad if someone had a hint.
