[Rock-dev] Collection of all rock-issues

Hi,

Great overview, I think we should link it from the the home page for 
more transparency.

But this is a bit confusing because issues and PRs are mixed and all are 
called "issue":

Issue 78 -> https://github.com/rock-core/autoproj/issues/78
Issue 56 -> https://github.com/rock-core/autoproj/pull/56

I know this is how the github api works (you can only retrieve the mixed 
list), but we could rename the link by parsing the url.
