[Rock-dev] rock-robotics.org will move to new server, imprint has to be changed

On the user side, nothing changes.

But we should update the imprint (impressum). At least Jakobs mail 
adress is obsolete.

@Jakob: You can send me the new adress or tell me to remove your entry.


The data will be moved and the upload target for the buildserver will be 
changed.

All what is missing then is a working generation script that uses autoproj2.
