The FLUIDS Technolgy Watch Reports are to
capture the most recent research progress in major research areas to
be addressed in FLUIDS
:
A global view is taken to allow for international benchmarking of
technology used in FLUIDS
.
Each monthly issue of the five initial reports
concentrates on a particular topic at a time.
After the initial phase, the Technology Watch will be continued by
preparing a monthly FLUIDS Bulletin
during the whole remaining project duration.
These bulletins keep the initial reports updated.
The FLUIDS Bulletin also includes pointers to relevant conferences,
workshops, and related information sources on the Web.
The deliverables of the technology watch activity will be made
available in electronic form for publication on the
Telematics Engineering server
,
which is under development in the project
NECTAR
(Networked Electronic Storage and
Communication of Telematics Application
Programme Results).
The following sections present a collection of the technology watch
results for each research area.
Links to the separate reports are included as well.
