Licensing

DFKI

The PAGE system is made available upon request, free of royalties, to interested parties; DFKI reserves the software copyright and intellectual property rights and requires recipients of the PAGE system to sign a non-commercial license agreement. PAGE users agree not to make the software available to third parties without prior consultation with DFKI .

Although the standard license agreement does not foresee the commercial use of the PAGE system, there is no principled obstacle to deploying PAGE for commercial grammar development. However, prior consultation with DFKI and an extended license agreement will be necessary.
