[mary-users] MARY install error

Hello,

I get the following error message when trying to install 3.1.0:

java.io.FileNotFoundException: 
jar:http://mary.dfki.de/download/mary-install-3.1.0.pack18.jar!/packs/pack18

The status bars then show all downloads as completetd, but in the end, I get 
an 'installation failed' message.

P.S.: is there any way to install Mary without the graphical installer?
Presumably I could check out the source and compile it, but then where do I 
get the voices and voice config files from?
