[mary-users] MaryXML: f0 attribute for ph element

yes, you are right, that's what it should do.

But beware: It will have an effect *only* with MBROLA voices, not with 
unit selection or HMM-based voices. We may change that in the future, 
but for the moment, that's what is happening!
