Hi!

The bug is that for some reason the PhoneUnitLabelComputer does not work when the files used have a comma as a decimal separator.
I am talking specifically about the files in the lab and phonelab folder.

I have checked it by manually correcting some files. If a "." is used, the PhoneUnitLabelComputer works without any errors.

Although I successfully changed the decimal separator to "." under Ubuntu, the files in the folders mentioned still have the "," decimal separator. I am not sure where it gets it from, but my LC_NUMERIC is set to US English utf8. 
Yes, after changing the decimal separator I re-ran the voice import tools :-)
