[mary-users] introduction

I have not really used NVDA much (I generally use large print), but I 
just tried adding an Italian voice by keyboard alone, without NVDA.  
Most of the buttons can be pressed by the space bar, and forward and 
back tabs work.  However, having chosen Italian, there is no obvious way 
to move into the right hand pane to get to the Italian voices.  The 
right arrow key does nothing.  Neither does <ctrl-tab>.

Apart from that observation, Josh may find the Tcl/Tk GUI worth a look 
for programmatic text to speech generation.  It is only a start, but it 
is why I donated it and the Ruby and Python CLI programs.  These are in 
doc/examples/client .
