[mary-users] HMMVoiceDataPreparation

Hello,

I am facing an error when running  HMMVoiceDataPreparation which says :

                               Checking paths of external programs
                                 *Missing path for awk
                                 *Missing path for perl
                                 *Missing path for bc
                                 *Missing path for tclsh
                                 *Missing path for sox
                                 *Missing path for hts/htk
                                 *Missing path for hts_engine
                                 *Missing path for sptk
                                 *Missing path for ehmm
                               Please run MARYBASE/lib/external/check_install_external_programs.sh and check/install the missing programs

           But I think I have installed all the required dependencies
              Since when I run check_install_external_programs.sh it seems OK :

                               $:~/dwld/mary/marytts/lib/external$ cat  externalBinaries.config

                               # Paths for external programs:
                               external.awkPath /usr/bin
                               external.perlPath /usr/bin
                               external.bcPath /usr/bin
                               external.tclPath /usr/bin
                               external.soxPath /usr/bin
                               external.htsPath /homelocal/telisma/dwld/mary/marytts/lib/external/bin
                               external.htsEnginePath /homelocal/telisma/dwld/mary/marytts/lib/external/sw/hts_engine_API-1.05/bin
                               external.sptkPath /homelocal/telisma/dwld/mary/marytts/lib/external/bin
                               external.ehmmPath /homelocal/telisma/dwld/mary/marytts/lib/external/sw/ehmm/bin

Does any body knows how to solve this  ?
