[mary-users] Starting client on Windows

Hi Jerome,

to refresh your memory:

1. Download and unzip marytts-5.2.zip

2. Run the bin\marytts-server.bat script

3. Run the bin\marytts-client.bat script

That's it.

Having said that, I prefer to run the MaryTTS server directly via Gradle 
from the main source repository, a voicebuilding project, or the new 
marytts-installer, and just use a browser as the client.
