[Rock-dev] Sparse stereo now in dense stereo :)

Hi,

I've extracted some of Marcs code from the visual odometry library 
regarding sparse stereo (feature based stereo), and updated the 
interface slightly. I found it most fitting to actually combine it with 
the other stereo processing we have (dense_stereo package), since it's 
got the same dependencies, and is highly related.

I would rename dense_stereo to just stereo in order to reflect that on 
the name, if there are no objections.
What is still missing is some test code for it and the integration in 
the module.
