They are (in order) Message.hpp, MessageDriver.hpp and 
MessageDriver.cpp. I'll update the tutorials. Thanks for reporting.

Yep, I guess we need one more round of code-update-from-documentation.

Also: you can change the flavor by running "autoproj reconfigure"
