[Rock-dev] branch buildconf + update

check if you have the following lines in autoproj/config.yml

manifest_source: 
  url: git at spacegit.dfki.uni-bremen.de:/avalon/buildconf.git
  type: git
  branch: next (maybe you have to add this line)
