[Rock-dev] Small but non-trivial change in oroGen

I've made a change to the orogen package, where the orogen support code 
gets its own library. I've pushed updated orocos.rb and logger packages 
to take that change into account.

I've tested it, and it seems to work fine (you should not see the 
difference at all), but -- as always -- might be that I broke your 
stuff. So, don't hesitate if you have problem compiling your oroGen 
modules that you did not see before.
