[Rock-dev] Bootstrap may fail in planning/corridor_planner (with workaround)

There is an eisenbug in the cmake code I wrote that sometimes makes 
planning/corridor_planner fail. The symptom is that some 
corridor_planner/ headers cannot be found

Going in planning/corridor_planner/build and running cmake . fixes the 
problem. I'm sorry, but I can't find where it comes from right now :(
