[Rock-dev] DontAlign for Quaternions and Transform

Hi,

DontAlign options in the Geometry module have just been added to the 
Eigen3 head (this is relevant for using them in base types that are 
transported over orocos). They are planning to release Eigen3 Beta3 
(which is API fixed) around Feb 6th. Eigen3 is API incompatible to 
Eigen2, but there is a good migration path.
