[Rock-dev] Is anyone using the logger manually ?

The logger currently has a grave bug w.r.t. Roby, i.e. it breaks one 
particular assumption, which could have not-so-funny effects.

Anyway

To fix this, I would need to mark the logger as needs_configuration, 
i.e. if someone is using  logger tasks manually, you will have to call 
#configure before #start.

So, here is the obvious question: with whom should I synchronize before 
changing this behaviour ?
