hi together,

the sonar_tritech::Micron task has now an new configuration interface,

the interface now accepts for left and rightLimit base::Angle (0 menas 
forward).
additionally are gain not between 0 and 1,

and maybe the most importand one numberOfBins and adintervall is gone,
these options are replaces by resolution (in meter) and maximum distance 
(meter too).

Please correct you configuration scripts, version is pushed to master.

P.S. the diver is adapted to the new iodriver already, but this 
should'nt be cause any trouble.
