[Rock-dev] Change in log structure in Roby applications (master-only)

Another change:

  the place where the logs are saved can be configured with a 'dir' 
field in the 'log' section of config/app.yml:


log:
    dir: /media/DataStorage/logs

there is no separation between logs and results anymore.
