[Rock-dev] Change in log structure in Roby applications (master-only)

In order to match the upcoming "bundle", "garden" or "whatever" Rock 
package structure, the log part of the Roby applications has been 
changed. I meant to keep that on my private branches, but mistakenly 
pushed it to master (not next ...).

In practice, it implements the following changes:

   log/ => logs/current/
   results/ => logs/

logs/current is an actual symlink to the current log directory. Which 
means that it is not necessary anymore to either call scripts/results or 
restart the roby application so that the current log gets moved.

scripts/results is still available to rename the current log directory. I.e.

   scripts/results a_descriptive_name

will rename

   logs/log_date-log_time

to

   logs/log_date-log_time-a_descriptive_name

*and* update the logs/current symlink
