 After enableing debugging of Transformer in the app.yml (e.g.,
 orocos/roby_plugin/Transformer: DEBUG:orocos_roby_transformer.txt), the
 debugging file will contain:

 {{{
 drivers/transformer/ruby/lib/transformer.rb:143:in `[]': no implicit
 conversion from nil to integer (TypeError)
 }}}

 This is caused by 'i' beeing 'nil', which might impact the Transformation
 Chain.
