#196: Autoproj should compile multiple packages simultaneous

 Many packages are consist of only a few depending cpp files.
 This means the passed -j<whatever> flag does not really effect the
 compilation time.
 Instead of passing -j to the compiler, autoproj should compile multiple
 packages at the time. A lot of packages are in depended of each other.
 This could result in an better usage of multiple cores and speedup the
 Compilation time.

 (as i see ROS does this this way)
