 If a package is not part of a package set or listed in the autobuild
 manifest
 autoproj build . is only building the current (sub) folder if the current
 path contains a CMakeLists.txt

 This is a different behaviour to the one when the package is listed in the
 autobuild manifest.

 A solution would be to look for a manifest.xml and refuses to build if
 none can be found in this particular case or at least warn the user.
