 Hi,
 there are no sane default values set on StereoCalibration,
 wich makes tasks (e.g image_processing/orogen/stereo) using
 the stuct without explicitly initializing it crash. Also
 there is the problem that there is no way of figuring out
 that no calibration has been set at all....
