[Rock-dev] Deploying an Orogen component from the OCL Deployer

I updated and rebuilt eveything.
Still the same behavior.

However, when I call 'import(RTT_COMPONENT_PATH)' from the deployer, it
succeeds in loading the RTT typekit!
