which is the right location of the "master" autoproj and autobuild 
location currently?

https://gitorious.org/autoproj/autoproj (seems this)
https://gitorious.org/orocos-toolchain/autoproj (more active external 
developer)
https://github.com/doudou/autoproj (dont't think so but it's stil there)
