[Rock-dev] Bootstrapping Autoproj does not install libxslt

Hi,

I am just installing autoproj on a new Ubuntu 12.04 system under x86_64.

The first 'autoproj update' fails when trying to install nokogiri because
libxslt is missing:

installing dependencies.

I would hope autoproj to automatically install it however.
