This is most likely due to changes that the orocos-toolchain people did 
to the osdeps (they removed libxslt from the nokogiri definition).

We should re-add it, autoproj will deal fine with having libxslt 
installed both because of nokogiri and because an explicit libxslt is 
listed as an osdep.
