Found the problem

Not a bug in sisl, but in the interpretation of the documentation. The
newest documentation is clearer in this respect.

Long story short, the 'error' parameters was a relative error. I assumed
it was an absolute error (as it is the case for most of the other SISL
calls). So, when '1' was given as acceptable error (the default), it was
100%, not one meter...

I am checking that my fix does not break the build and I push. I'll
backport to next and stable.
