[Rock-dev] Changes in the "roby run" command in both master and NEXT

We found out that the situation of master vs. next was a bit messy for
Roby and the orocos-roby plugin. I therefore decided, since the merge
window closes today :P, to push the pending changes in master to next.

From the user front, the only major change is in how roby run works. It
has now the same command-line interface than rock-roby run, namely:

The -r option is used to pass the robot name and type, e.g.

   roby run -rmyrobot:myrobotclass

The robot type is optional

   roby run -rmyrobot

and the controller file gets loaded only if the -c option is given.
Otherwise, you get an initialized app, but the controller file is not
executed. For instance:

   roby run -rmyrobot -c
