[Rock-dev] Upgrading PCL on all three flavors ?

Rock is still including an ancient PCL version. pointclouds.org just 
removed the tarball from their servers.

I have to add proper support for upgrading archives on autobuild, but as 
soon as I do, I would like to know if it would be fine for me to upgrade 
the version on all three flavors of Rock. No packages are depending on 
PCL currently, but some of you might be using it ...
