[Rock-dev] vizkit in ubuntu 13.04

Hi,

I installed 13.04 and found that vizkit3d as well as mars are not working
anymore. I traced it down to the qtosg bridge that is based on the same
example in both vizkit and mars. 
Since osg 3.0 there is actually a proper Qt integration. This seems to be a
spectacularly convenient point to finally get the mars visualization and the
vizkit 3d visualization on the same code. 

What are your toughts of how this integration could look like?
