New in master: type and orogen documentation

While rock-inspect is already an amazing tool day-to-day to discover how to  
manipulate data types and components, it was lacking one critical source of  
information: the type documentation itself.

The toolchain in master now parses the standard doxygen comments to tag the  
types  Allowing rock-inspect and rock-browse to show them, as well as the  
package directory on the web site
