[Rock-dev] Apropos base/orogen/interfaces

The outer interface should not be changed at all.
All changes regarding to the base/orogen/interfaces was (c++) internal.
the orogen spec hasn't changed.
Maybe something internal broke not sure, what does not work correctly?
