[Rock-dev] Syskit/Roby and start/configure sequences

This kind of additional constraints have to be added manually in the 
#instanciate method of the composition (example here: 
http://gitorious.org/rock/doc/blobs/syskit/src/documentation/system/compositions.page)

However, synchronizing the configure of a task on the start of another 
is currently not supported because it leads to a deadlock (currently). 
You will therefore have to manually start the core task first and then 
start the rest.
