[Rock-dev] Rock news: Google+ vs. Tumblr

If I would be forced to make a decision on that, I would go for tumblr.
Looks cleaner and I don't think we really need a fancy youtube channel
and integration of g+ posts.

We should also check for "interesting" user terms & conditions...
