[Rock-dev] Update of 'orogen/ptu_directedperception' from master to next

Hi,

there is an important bugfix for 'orogen/ptu_directedperception' on 
master, that was left out in the last next merge window. Without this 
fix, the ptu_directedperception will not get the correct timeout from 
iodrivers_base.

I am going to merge 'orogen/ptu_directedperception' master to next on 
Monday, if no one resists.
