 When building tools/utilrb on master, the following error occurs (solution
 below):

 Build failed
 utilrb(/media/data/Projects/BesMan/Software/RockDev/tools/utilrb): failed
 in post-install phase
     '/usr/bin/ruby1.9.1
 /media/data/Projects/BesMan/Software/RockDev/.gems/bin/rake default'
 returned status 1
     see /media/data/Projects/BesMan/Software/RockDev/install/log/utilrb-
 post-install.log for details
     last 10 lines are:

     compiling ../../../../ext/utilrb/weakref.cc
     linking shared-object utilrb/utilrb.so
     cd -
     cp ext/utilrb/extconf.rb tmp/i686-linux/stage/ext/utilrb/extconf.rb
     cp ext/utilrb/proc.c tmp/i686-linux/stage/ext/utilrb/proc.c
     rake aborted!
     Don't know how to build task 'ext/utilrb/swap.cc'

     Tasks: TOP => default => compile => compile:i686-linux =>
 compile:utilrb:i686-linux => copy:utilrb:i686-linux:1.9.3 =>
 tmp/i686-linux/stage/ext/utilrb/swap.cc

 removing the line 'ext/utilrb/swap.cc' from Manifest.txt solved the
 problem for me.
