 The os is not recognized as a Archlinux/pacman system and a ruby only
 installation is attempted.

 Ruby fails trying to install 'autobuild' with:
 weakref.cc:7:20: fatal error: intern.h: No such file or directory

 When autoprj_bootstrap is fixed to recognize the distribution as use
 pacman for packages install, the installation fails in the same place.
