 After applying tools/rtt commit 281ba2069809bbd0c9392e8f3c55c9a12c3e2f61
 orocos.rb fails to connect to all state ports. Therefore, all Orocos.get
 "task_name" statements are failing.

 I change the package set rock.toolchain to check out
 b7a71d57ad71d8be85889d9f279588b40e6d0953t on flavour master being the last
 commit compatible to the current rock toolchain.

 Unfortunately, this might break the build server because autoproj does not
 reset repros which are newer.

 In any case we should probably no longer track rtt master by default to
 avoid such problems.
