 Interesting, the patch did not fixed the issue only
 for base/orogen/std for me. I hada similar issues
 with base/orogen/types and orocos.rb also failed to
 build.
 I would suggest, to temporaly fix rtt to
 b7a71d57ad71d8be85889d9f279588b40e6d0953 but I do not
 know how to only do that on master...
