[Rock-dev] autoproj from dev?

Hi,

I just redid the howto on 14.10, I was able to build the autobuild 
package without error.

The install step for autobuild is mandatory, but the command was wrong 
"rake install_gem" is the correct command to make autoproj find the 
autobuild gem, but you didn't get that far.

As rake complains about hoe:

Is the gem path set properly?
Is hoe properly installed?
Have you tried to do a "gem update" for rake, utilrb and hoe?
