[Rock-dev] Checking out autoproj and autobuild by default on master

Hi,

+1 for having them on master

Couldn't the bootstrap script install the release gem to install and the 
rock.core package_set installs the "gem_package" from master branch at 
first update/build?

I think there shouldn't be an issue with the first bootstrap being 
executed with the release version and install master afterwards.

But there are two questions:

1. Do we need to make sure the master gems of both are build at first or 
in the end? Can we do that?
2. Should autoproj/autobuild have the same release strategy than rock?
