I would really not forward SE questions to the ML, as one cannot answer the
question by answering the emails. So, in the end it is noise on the ML and
does not benefit the SE discussions.

I would prefer having either SE or the ML and only add the other one if
there indeed is a problem. If there are open-ended discussions, maybe we
could still make them on rock-dev (as long as there is not too many of them
...)
