Are the rock flavors the same?

I suspect the different rtt versions could originate from selecting 
different flavors on your machines, which has to be avoided anyways, as 
the base_types could differ.

You could downgrade using a branch override in you overrides.yml:

overrides:
   - rtt:
     branch: "v2.6.0"

rtt has tags for each release, the "v2.6.0 tag will give you the 
according version.

I'm not sure about the upgrade though, but it should work accordingly
