Hi again,

After fixing the ffmpeg deps, video_streamer also fails:

Jessie and 14.10:
- image_processing/orogen/video_streamer
   VideoEncoder.cpp:39:5: error: 'CodecID' was not declared in this scope

looks like the API of libavcodec changed from Versions .53 to .56
