[Rock-dev] Extending tofcamera_mesasr orogen component

Dear Dev's,

I would like to ask for a simple extension of the component to include not 
only usb but also ethernet interface. Mesa SR cameras are available with 
both interfaces and the outdoors Mesa SR4500 is only available with 
Ethernet interface actually.

I have done the changes in my local repository to include two new 
properties for the component (interface and ip_address (this second one is 
only effective if the ETHERNET interface has been selected)) and modified 
the configure hook to open the device using the selected interface. The 
rest stays the same so I as I said is a minor change.

If maintainers agree I will make a pull request.
