[Rock-dev] Official bootstrap script - still stuff ongitorious.org

Hi,

seems there is still stuff on gitorious.org, that the 'official'
boostrap script from
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rock-core/buildconf/master/bootstrap.sh (linked
from
http://www.rock-robotics.org/master/documentation/installation.html)
wants to fetch.

In a fresh bootstrap, it tries to pull base/templates/doc from
gitorious.org:/rock/doc_preview.git

Since this bootstrap script is the first contact point for new users, we
should take care that this will work after end of may, when
gitorious.org goes down (or moves somewhere else).
