[Rock-dev] GUI for autoproj

Hey,

I have been thinking for a while that a GUI for autoproj would be a great
addition to improve acceptance by new users, and allow some functions to be
more streamlined. Much like git gui helps a lot handling with git. 

The most obious way would be to use qtruby for this. However, there seems to
have been some discussion on the future of Qt and ruby, since there are no
Qt5 bindings on the horizon. Do you have an oppinion? An idea for potential
alternatives?
